Ink Botanical Illustration
Adding to my portfolio of beautiful commercial ink illustrations over my time, comes my latest work, a complex botanical drawing in black ink. This fairly large and extremely intricate artwork measures 35x50cms was commissioned by my client for use on a range of packaging applications, which is going to look so beautiful in its final placement. Incorporating a range of botanical elements, hemp, papaya, strawberries, grapes, citrus, papaya blossom, orange blossom, figs, bees and honeycomb, this artwork has been created entirely in black ink, developing intricacy and tone with thousands of delicate lines and strokes to create this luxurious, bounty of a story. A pleasure to create, a privilege to collaborate, I am thrilled with the outcome of this artwork and look forward to seeing its continued unfolding in the hands of my client.
