Billy Buttons measures A4 in size and the 19th watercolour botanical illustration in my ongoing series of Australian Native Plant studies. This sentimental subject was carefully chosen by my client, the study now joining another study created last year of Flannel Flowers. With the delicate blue green foliage, the two certainly make a beautiful pair of paintings and I am thrilled to know they are going to such a happy home. I know they will be very well loved for a very long time!
